Hello Josephine,
We recently used your service while we were in Naples on a port call. We were promptly met by Rino who spoke excellent English, and our extended family of eight took off in the very nice and comfortable van on the Almalfi Coast/Pompeii excursion.
Because it was an Italian holiday, Rino suggested that we tour the coast first because the traffic would be worse later in the day. This turned out to be an excellent suggestion. We stopped several times for photo opportunities, and had some shopping time in Positano and Sorrento. Rino was a very competent driver and told us many interesting facts about life on the coast. After a nice lunch in Sorrento, it was on to Pompeii where we were met by the private guide there. I\'m sorry to say I can\'t remember her name, but she was very knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English as well.
Because we enjoy our freedom, we typically like to explore on our own. (We have toured Italy by rental car two previous times.) But when cruising, the flexibility of this service is the next best thing.

It\'s hard for me to believe that I have been using Italy Limousine for eight years now, and each time I come, it only gets better. You and your staff are amazing. Their professionalism and courtesy are outstanding.

We avail of your company\'s services on a recent trip to Italy and I am only now getting around to sending this email.
A big THANK YOU for the wonderful service and attention to detail given on our trip to Italy. From the time we arrived at the airport we were meant by your representative and brought promptly to our vehicle. The journey from Naples to Sorrento was wonderful and the driver engaged in conversation all the way providing us with information.
We also used your company on our return trip to the Airport and whilst we were all sad to be leaving, the trip again to the airport was not as bad due to the humour and kind nature of the driver.
Well done to all of you, we will be recommending you to anybody we know travelling to Italy and when we return ourselves, you will be top of our list to book.

Hello,
I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for the wonderful sevice we received, both from Naples to Positano and back again. Our flight into Naples was over 3 hours late, yet there was still a driver who was waiting for us, and let us stop on the way into Positano to take some photos. He was incredibly friendly, safe and professional. On the way back we also had a very friendly, safe and professional driver who made sure we got safely into Naples train station, and also advised us on the safety precautions to take, as well as letting us know we could call him if there were any problems.
We will certainly recommend you to anyone who is headed your way, and should we be back in Italy, we will definitely use your service again.

Dear Josephine,
Just returned from our cruise to taly where we used your service at three ports. All I can say is how wonderful your drivers were. They were the highlight of our trip. We saw everthing that we wanted to see. They were waiting for us at the ports and wisked us off to our desitnations, pointing out places of interest along the way. This is the only way to see Italy. Thanks!

The Miller family would like to say an enormous thank you to yourself for helping to organise our day trips into Rome and into Sorrento/Pompeii when our cruise ship docked into Civitavecchia and then into Naples.
The vehicles were top class and the drivers were so friendly and warm to us, nothing was too much trouble
Still today the girls giggle and comment over Marco \'so handsome and a true rome expert\' and Mario \'he just knows everything\'.
We truly had a memorable day with each of them and we are so pleased to have seen and experienced more than just the \'tourist attractions\'.
There really is only one way to see the beautiful sites in Italy and that is with a chauffeur driven service such as yours.

It is with pleasure that I share some much deserved compliments for Rosario related to his astute professionalism, exemplary people skills and delightful demeanor!! He did a lovely job of finding us a FAB lunch spot with a breathtaking view, was extremely enlightening when it came to sights in Ravello, and shared excellent shopping savvy by taking us to a wonderful ceramic pottery factory. Additionally, Rosario\'s skillful driving ability on some crazy winding curves was very much appreciated by all!! He didnt even charge extra for the full day crash course in Italian!! Funny!! Last but not least, the stunning Almalfi coastline was even more MAGICAL because of his charming personality an easy smile!! We had a wonderful time on the Amalfi coast with your limo service. Rosario picked us up within steps of our cruise ship, loaded our luggage and even helped us with our Italian while on our drive to Pompei. We have returned from our trip, and wanted to thank you for a wonderful day in Naples/Amalfi with Mario.
Our tour was so enjoyable and Mario was great! He was so knowledgeable about the area and so helpful (especially to those of us who needed a little help). We could not have asked for a better day. Even the weather was great!. Amalfi is beautiful. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends. If we come back, we will contact you and hope that Mario is available..
Also, thank you for sending us Marco in Rome to take us to Civitecchia. The weather that day was awful, terrible rain and flooding. Marco got soaked loading and unloading our bags, but he still was smiling through it all! He drove carefully and even joked with us about the weather. A pleasant ride in bad weather.
Thank you again for all your help. Everything worked out perfectly and we were so happy. Italy is beautiful and our trip was a success. We have great memories and photos. Now we can\'t wait to come back!

I\'m sending this review even though we didn\'t get a chance to go on our tour to the Amalfi coast. We booked with italy Limousine in early 2010 for our date in May when our cruise ship was scheduled to be in the port of Naples. The communication with Josephine was excellent and she went above and beyond to be sure that we were getting the exact tour we wanted. When we arrived in Naples in May, unfortunately, our ship had to be tendered and the ocean swells were too large to use tender boats so we missed our excursion! I immediately began emailing Josephine to let her know that we couldn\'t get off the boat and she was very understanding and reinforced their \'no charge\' policy under the circumstances. Although, we didn\'t even get to tour with italy Limousine, I would use them again in the future, just because the communication was excellent and as many others have said you felt like you became friends with Josephine without even meeting her! I will definitely recommend this company in the future and hope to be able to use them myself again sometime.
